Upon Users’ request to skyce, Customer Service, skyce will close Users’ accounts as soon as reasonably possible, by applicable law.

skyce ltd retains personal data from closed accounts to comply with the law, prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, and take other actions otherwise permitted by law. The User’s Personal Data will be processed as long as required for the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law, whichever is longer. The duration for which skyce stores Users Personal Data depends on the meaning of the information. skyce ltd will not process Personal Data outside European Economic Area.
